This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
