I am an owner of healthy yorkie-poo. We started to visit AQL from the moment we got her. Cookie is almost 2 yrs old and Dr. Fred was always amazing! What I can say is that any emergency situation was resolved ASAP! Dr. Fred himself checked pictures that I sent before going to the office. We never waited long for an appointment or to be seen. Every time we were there - all stuff were nice and gentle to my dog.

Current situation: My poor Cookie got false pregnancy and Dr did amazing job to help us with this situation. We went yesterday for an emergency visit without even calling the office - all personnel was trying to help us right away. All treatment and visit was handed with great manners. All medicine was prescribed and given to me before I left (It was very convenient for me not to run all over and look for meds). Today another episode of an emergency situation- an abscess broke itself and left huge wound on my poor dog chest. I called the office and Dr. Fred asked me to come in ASAP. He took us the moment I open the office door. He did all what was needed and spoke with me the way that I am so grateful. He was gentle to my poor baby and he said that anytime I can call or come back! HE IS AN AMAZING PERSON AND AN AMAZING Veterinarian! THANK YOU AQL AND DR FRED - COOKIE AND I LOVE YOU !!!

I have been taking my cat "MonkeyFace" to this clinic for 5 years now. They were highly recommended by a friend that brings her dog there.
The doctor and staff are everything you would "more" then expect from a veterinary service.

I am 67 and have had lots of pets over my lifetime. This staff is the VERY BEST I have ever been to..

Last week I donated small plants to sell in their small waiting room to help support their kind mannered efforts to Dogs and Cats and the community......................Please stop in to buy plants in cute animal shaped bots, etc......for yourself or gifts. The staff their can also give you my phone number (Eltingville) to select the hundreds donated.. The plants vary from $3.00 to $8.00 ...... THANKS, Debbie
