It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
