On Monday Apr. 22 I went to The martin Center to have a routine Colonoscopy done. The tech. that came to my room to put my vein port in could not find my vein and stuck me 4 or 5 times she said she finally got it in, but after they took me to the procedure room a prep nurse checked the port and said the port was not in my vein. She reinserted the port correctly in another location. My arm, where the first port was inserted is very bruised and is also tender. After I got home later in the day, I realized the nurses had left one of the monitor pads glued to my side. It was painfull to remove. Overall I was satisfied with my visit, but I feel that it could have been better.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
