I've had mammograms at this facility in the past. Nice people, no problems. But today's visit, yikes! They are now using nipple markers that are sticky enough that they'd probably stay on for months. And every bit of the marker had adhesive on it. There was NO way to get hold of an edge to remove them. I had to pick around the edges forever to get them off. It was painful---and completely unnecessary since the mammogram took about 5 minutes to do. For the love of god and the sake of your patients, GET YOURSELVES SOME MARKERS THAT COME OFF EASILY!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
