I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
