I did not have a problem with the office it was pretty clean. The staff could use some training on their bedside manners the office workers are in complete disarray. They cant get things organized. When they say they are going to take care of something do not believe them..call them every day until you get solid conformation in the mail or something. If your scheduled apt is canceled and they say they will call you back to reschedule dont count on it!!. thats just the tip of the iceberg. Those employees are a waste of government ;money As for Dr. Dove he was great

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I needed a Pap I got a appointment could not stay the wait was 2 hrs as it was. They were to make another appt and never called me back 2 months later. Lower GI recommended 3 times sent to MUSC no response they said they never received it. I had CT done to check if Nodule growing this has been 2 months I have heard nothing and no appt set up. These people are ridiculous. The Dr himself told me that the Hospital is cutting back on seeing people with no insurance. Needless to say I always leave with the same problems at hand. And when sent to specialist they get my 100 dollars and say they can do nothing because I would not be able to afford it. Exhausted!
