BEWARE! My mother found a $1900 lift chair she found comfortable. She asked for a different fabric, RMS ordered and delivered. My mother found the delivered chair to quite uncomfortable and wishes it r eturned. Edward stated the 25% restocking and shipping would be $400 additional. He did offer to place the chair for sale in his store. RMS never stated a no return policy. The delivery ticket stated no return, (after the chair was delivered). Edward stated that no return policies are "common knowledge". Not to me they aren't. We did find a no return sign in the store, buried in a corner you could not see. No sale would have happened if my mother had known of the no return policy. Bad deal. PS: No one offered to check the chair to see if it was defective. Seems like a fundamental practice.
