I visited the store several years ago and I was very satisfied with my visit. Very professional and helpful. I was fitted for lumbar support. The lady made sure I understood how to put it on by mysel f and I was comfortable with it. Very positive experience! However today I am very angry and upset with this store. I was looking for a pair of compression socks and I was asking the sales clerk questions. It is very obvious she is carrying on another conversation with someone else. I am asking questions several times before I get an answer and I can hear her talking and giggling with the other person while I am waiting for answers. I finally say that since she is too busy having a conversation with someone else while talking to me I guess she does not need my business. This the first place I looked for these socks since it was such a positive experience the first time, but I will be looking some place else for the socks since your employees personal life is more important than your customers. I wish I knew the ladies name, but she did not give it when the call was transferred to her. I do know she had a foreign accent.
