Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this business and the owners Ethics! We bought a Breating machine for grandfather on August 4, 2015. He passed away August 11, 2015. He never got a cha nce to use the Breathing machine and I tried returning it on August 20, 2015 with my grandfathers Death certificate (August 11, 2015) but the office lady said that unfortunately all sales are final but she would ask the owner and let me know by phone. That phone call never came and the following week I returned to their office to speak them concerning the machine. I even offere to pay up to $100.00 for a restocking fee etc. out of the $650 that was paid for it. Sadly she told me that the owner said no returns so I asked where is your return policy posted or is it on the back of your business receipts and her reply was of course nothing is posted or printed but she stated that she told my 83 year old grandmother that all sales were final! Really??? It's not posted nor printed on back of their receipts but they tell you verbally. Well ok then! Talk about bad business Ethics. Now I forgot to mention they deal in selling used medical equipment and this item was bought used. But why would they not at least offer to buy it back for a lesser amount then the $650 we paid for it??? Especially under the circumstances!!! Just remember if you do business with these money hungry owners that all sales are final no matter what the circumstances are! Even losing the loved one that you bought it for less then a week later! Sad!
