I received monthly debits beginning April, but was never told that the wheelchair was a rental; I thought the amount I paid was co-pay insurance. When I called about the debits, they indicated it was a rental, and they would stop the charges, since my Dad is now deceased. They indicated they would pick up the wheelchair. We received a subsequent call stating they could not pick up the wheelchair. I was told they would not continue to bill since I had contacted them. Two days later, they called my mother and threatened to continue to bill since the wheelchair hadn't been returned. Really? Heartless when we just lost my Dad.
We then tried to return the wheelchair but they were closed. When I called 800#, they indicated they would send out for a pickup. I just got off the phone with them and they indicated they could not come for a pickup as scheduled on Friday.
