Dr Norris should not be near any humans or animals. She exhibits anti-social behaviors on every level. The Dr. is rude and obnoxious and truly does not have the animal's well-being. Upon euthanizing my dog, she grabbed her leg so hard and jammed the needle into it. The needle was quite large and of course it hurt considerably. Dr Norrisa showed zero compassion and yelled at the dog. Her facility is the dirtiest filthiest smelly place I have visited. The board of health should shut her down.

If you notice Dr. Norris still will not allow patients to come inside with their pets. Her excuse is her medical condition. You witness how she takes care of herself so can you imagine how she feels about anything else. Wake up folks this is NOT a decent vet.

They fully explained my pet's condition. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They wrote a report card to explain everything about your visit so there would be no question later about what was said or what needed to be done. Vet will pay more attention to your pet than to you. Very nice people
