The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. You should possibly consider another veterinarian if after-hour emergency services are important to you. There is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours and you will be forced to go to an emergency animal hospital, which is costly and annoying. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers.
