Dr. Fitzgerald is an Angel in earth, sent to take care of our fur babies. I had to make a choice to send my cat Zeus over the rainbow bridge. She and Nicole could not have been kinder or more compassionate. I asked for blood work and to have his nails trimmed. He went over the ๐ŸŒˆ bridge being the handsome dapper cat he was. Won't go anywhere else.

I will always recommend Saxony Animal Clinic to my friends and family. The staff members are courteous, knowledgeable and are always wiling to answer my questions. They are always great at getting my pets in for appointments and spend time with me informing me on all of my pets' needs/health issues. They have very good prices and I have always felt they have my pets best interest in mind. I have been to numerous veterinary clinics over the years and none have come close to the services I have received at Saxony. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, caring veterinary practice, Saxony Animal Clinic is the place to go.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. You should possibly consider another veterinarian if after-hour emergency services are important to you. There is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours and you will be forced to go to an emergency animal hospital, which is costly and annoying. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers.
