I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
