They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
