Our girl scout troop visited at Easter time. The front room was decorated for the occasion and paper eggs hung in the hallways. When I inquired about the paper eggs, the front manager stated....for the Easter egg hunt, of course.....great idea and how fun for the residents....loved it....

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all
