One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information. The staff was clearly trained in just a few areas. I hope they'll continue to learn more so they can be more helpful to me in the future. They've answered a some of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I wish this provider would listen to me more. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
My mother has fallen 3 times within 4 months. once resulting in a broken foot and she had to have surgery.
I have not had a treatment plan and one is required every 3 months.
they were told she needed a walked and two party assist....to no avail.
