They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I couldn't get anyone here to answer a single question I had. I felt like they were trying to hide something. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.
This is the most uncaring facility ever. They killed my loved one after voicing my concerns to the management.
