I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
