Its very clean and organized for most of the time,but in my opinion some of the staff are great and some can remain nameless because of their performance. The Activity Department do a great job with the residents and they spend a lot of time with the residents and they need that as well as the care. I understand that one of the Activity team members was recently let go for an unknown reason,but that person was an asset to the Activity team as well as the facility itself. Manor pines needs more people like that individual.

The care given to my dad has been extraordinary. The nursing staff - CNA, LPN & RN's are top notch. They are very caring and tend to concerns & issues in a timely manner. The PT & OT are equally top notch - very caring, and get results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Manor Pines Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.
