terible care, when new owners took over they stopped caring, my father was not cared for properly. He died last year......If you love your family keep away from this place! I do have photos proving my fathers lack of care

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They barely gave me any information at all regarding my elderly father. I had do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me or my father feel welcome. I feel like my father was not being card for. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt I was going to have to go above and beyond to have my father discharged. I found the facility, but only because I had simple, very clear directions and I had to hunt for it. I wish it had been easier to locate. The front desk was not staffed and I had to search the entire facility to locate my father.
