My mother was recently a patient in this facility. She had suffered a devastating stroke which left her with many health issues. At first the facility seemed to be just what she needed. But after being there awhile she started to be very upset finally she told us one of the staff told her to lay there & shut up.
Why do they not answer the phones at any hour? Are there not staff there to take care of the patients? How about patient families that have a question about their family member? This is important especially to family members that are outside of the local area! Why is my family member not getting the care that their doctor said they would get or the medicine?
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
