There is definitely a problem in regards to the language barrier. Most of the CNAs appear to be uncaring and only there to receive a paycheck. There's no compassion shown. They will let you sit in a w et/dampened diaper for hours before you get changed. Your personal clothing items get lost in the laundry only to be worn by someone else. Check for yourself, the turnover ratio for staff staying there is extremely high. We were promised change from the last administration, did they mean for the worst? I hope not.
Staff is unprofessional, uncaring, and barely fluent in English. Just try calling there to speak with a patient----it's incredible!
