They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
The management has no control over its employees ( per the state of pennsylvania). Abuse of a elderly woman was caught on tape only after the family installed a hidden camera in a clock because their complaints to management went unanswered. Also read the local Haverford papers, THIEFT is an everyday occurrence. The state shut them down in 2011 for mismanagement. BEWARE, AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
