The management has no control over its employees ( per the state of pennsylvania). Abuse of a elderly woman was caught on tape only after the family installed a hidden camera in a clock because their complaints to management went unanswered. Also read the local Haverford papers, THIEFT is an everyday occurrence. The state shut them down in 2011 for mismanagement. BEWARE, AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
