I am part of a church group that visits many Richmond nursing home communities. Parham is by far our favorite place to visit! The staff truly care about their residents and guests. Our group always feels welcomed and appreciated, as the entire staff are genuinely dedicated to providing their patients not only superior healthcare but the highest quality of life. I believe this is what sets them so far above the many other nursing facilities we visit in the area. I will always recommend Parham Health and Rehab to anyone needing skilled nursing or long term care for themselves or loved one!

July of 2014 I had to make a decision where my 91 year old father woul need to go for rehab, after being released from HDH/Forest. Parham Healthcare was one of the rehabs that was recommended. I did some research on-line & liked what I read.
My father has been there 16 months & now calls it home. After a few months of rehab Dad needed more nursing care & he became a permanent resident. He loves the staff & his favorite nurses/CNA 's & calls them his second family. My family has grown to care about each one that cares for him.
Dad's happiness is the most important thing . I would highly recommend Parham to anyone searching for rehab or your loved ones new "home".

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
