Recent Reviews
The aids here are overworked, because they're understaffed. The therapy staff is stellar and easy to work with. The social workers aren't easy to work with and aren't approachable. Especially Joyce, she's not nice and she doesn't return phone calls. Joyce doesn't have a nice personality and she isn't easy to work with. I wouldn't expect social workers to have that demeanor however at Manor care Emperial they do and that's my only warning. Other than that the place is nice and everyone else is pleasant.
