If possible to give 1/2 star , I would. Overworked CNA's, Unsure RN's and office staff, management that was more interested in obtaining new patients and walking the halls in designer clothes. 2 years ago, attended a Father's Day luncheon that had been promoted by the facility, a Hawaiian Luau. The " entertainment" was the CNA's wearing coconut bras and grass skirts over their uniforms and dancing a hula, sort of cute. An hour and 40 mins later, you could tell there was something wrong with their party. Lunch was delayed and when served, the metal cart was wheeled out into the dining area and left there! No staff served the lunch to the residents!! I was visiting and began to serve trays along with several other family members in attendance. The meal was a horrible mess of rice, Adobo ( a Filipino Dish) that was not only cold but full of fat and grissel. Ir was absolutely disgusting. I asked the other residents sitting with me Dad and I if this was how they normally ate and they said the food is genereally poor quality food with not much thought into the food course. I wouldnt have served a dog this slop and this was this facilities special Father's Day celebration?!
My Father had several new Hawaiian shirts that were labeled with his name as well as room number written in permanent marker in the collar that were "misplaced". I was invited to look in their laundry area to see if I could locate his lost clothing. Clothes were piled loose on the floor and went up to nearly the ceiling!! no bags of clothes, just mounds of mess.
The ADmisitrator loves to parade around the halls in her high end clothing and chat with the residents as if she is their best friend, half of them dont even know who she is and look at her like "Do I know you?" and not because they are old but because she is just putting on a show for potential residents family members.
The only thing this place is consistent with is that they are just as crappy, old and disorganized as they were 35 years ago. Do not put your loved ones here unless you just dont care where your family is.

I have waited over 55 minute on hold or in attempt to contact the assigned person taking care of my mother without success,Further, I was disconnected mulitilple times. This is not acceptable service on any level. I am not compensated nor do I receive any compensation from this physicility or it's parent company. If I were associated in any tanagible way with this company there would be a great deal of changes Now I discover you will not even accept my review

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, they were fully staffed

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
