My mother has been at J-H for 2+ years and I could not be happier to have her here - day and night from where we moved her from! Very low turn over in the staff, very friendly and helpful. Regularly scheduled care meetings with departments, doctor visits on site. Building is always very clean, well decorated and inviting to all. There are many areas to sit and visit with loved ones; libraries, common areas, sun room and a beautifully landscaped courtyard when weather permits. I feel truly grateful to the staff here for the care they provide. J-H is a non-profit care center, so you can see they are not scrimping anywhere within the care they give to turn a profit for shareholders. Their shareholders are their patients and they are treated with the dignity our elders deserve.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
