They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
