They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
