I am a provider and they don't even bother to return calls, and front desk person will not put me through to accounts payable, she keeps saying she is taking messages, and no one calls me back. Not a very good business minded place.
I think Delhaven Manor is pathetic, a Administrator who does'nt know what sheKs doing a DON that can argue, curse and attempt to fight a CNA in front of residents, then threaten employees not to write statements. So unorganized and unprofessional. They have two to three hour meetings, rules change everyday, a drama filled environment, residents being ignored, CNA's giving residents booty dances. I think Delhaven needs a complete make over, a completely new staff, a more qualified Administrator with experience, a more organized friendlier DON and a more professional experienced office staff.
They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Employees complaining about payroll always messed up and having to beg for remainder of check. New administration has no idea whats she is doing and DON HAS WRITE-UPS FOR EVERYTHING EVEN MINOR ERRORS. SEEMS LIKE INCOMPETENT BOSSES.
