Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
