My complaint is with the operator. When I call around 12:10 looking for my Aunt who was just brought there, "Well this is not a good time to call it is lunch" ( as she chewed her lunch in my ear) I didn't know if I was disturbing her lunch or the patients.
I worked with the public for many years and we never chewed in their ear while answering the phone. First of all usually my aunt never leaves her room for lunch and if she did so she would not answer the phone and I would know to call back later. How rude she was. Her name was Dina. As far as the other staff they have always been so friendly and helpful. I think she has a problem.
