They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
