I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It is a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was easy enough to find. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
