This review is not a reflection of Dr. Mitchell. My family has been members at this location for about six years. During that time, we lost our insurance and went on self pay. We now got under a health care savings plan which is a PHCS. I called to make an appointment because I was so happy that my current primary care was on the list that took this type of coverage. However, the office staff was quick to wish me a no such luck good luck finding a new family physician. First of all, please take your name off the list of doctors then and second of all, it is not funny in any way to have insurance changes or problems and we have always paid our bills in full even if it was out of pocket! The lack of regard and concern is unacceptable in your line of work!

Under the affordable health care wellness care is covered 100% by the insurance company, but Dr. Miller and his staff still charge a co-pay which is unethical. They basically are double dipping, getting paid by the insurance company for the visit and then charging the customer a co-pay. I have moved on to another doctor who is ethical.
