Dr Smith is very good at what he does. He is very kind and gentle. He knows his stuff! He often suggests alternative methods of treatment that are less intrusive. The receptionist did give us trouble with an acne prescription refill and required us to make an appointment to be seen. She also would not give samples or a few pills to get us by until the appointment.
