Dr. H was a very good, I should say great Doctor. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone. Staff was wonderful and his nurse has been great in relaying messages to me about my conditions. I cannot say enough great things about these folks.

I have visited Dr. Heitzman numerous times. I was diagnosed with ALS in October 2012. I have been to the monthly ALS clinic on numerous occasions. The Dr. and every single staff member at the clinic are kind, caring and compassionate people. If I have one criticism of the practice, it would be on the communication side of things. The phone system is maddening at times with far too many choices. It takes too much time as well as some guessing to try to get to the correct person. To me that is an operations issue, not a medical competency issue. The care is great which is the most important thing. For anyone complaining about waiting at a doctors office.............really? Find something realistic to gripe about.
