I had an appointment with Dr. Sanders in December, 2013. The office staff is very disorganized! Dr. Sanders seemed nice enough-he was rushed with me-but still, answered all my questions. He told me my blood-work results would ready the next day. He was also supposed to give me an antibiotic prescription. The blood-work took 4 days! During that time, I tried calling his nurse multiple times (left messages) and after several days, got a call back. Very difficult to get a hold of. I never did get my prescription antibiotics. I gave up trying to call them. Also, now, a year later, I find out that I have a bill with Dr. Sanders in collections! I was horrified. I called their office and the response was, "Oh, we kept sending the bill and it was returned every time." They had the correct street address, but were sending it to the wrong city! This is after they had copied my driver's license. There was no apology, just an "Oh, yeah, that wasn't the right address." Very inept. I will never return to see Dr. Sanders.
