Their system to make an appointment is the worst. I was put twice on a message about a doctor referral after returning their call to make an appointment for a referral. from my doctor. I left a message twice and never received a call back. I tried one more time and made an appointment with Dr. Twining on Dec.8. I received the paperwork stating the appointment was with Dr. Lee. We arrived today for the appointment and was told they call to change the date and left a message. We had no message on our phone. They reschedule my wife for 2/12/23. She is in pain so we will move on. I would give a 0 if it was an option.
