I needed a new PCP since we moved. I thought that Dr. Negrini's rating and education would mean he is a good Dr. He was not. He made up a chief complaint, did not perform testing to prove diagnosis, copied non-relevant/no longer existing diagnosis from my previous PCP chart, and billed me incorrectly. I'm a healthcare provider & know that he took advantage of the billing sys bc he thought he had the elements to do so. He conveniently left the practice after 2 wks so I could not ask him what he did to my chart. Very unethical way to perform heatlhcare. Someone please tell me where I can find him because what he did was medical fraud.

I would never see this doctor. He was my Mom's primary care doctor. My mom complained about a cough for 6 months. He knew that she had been a former smoker and never ordered an x-ray or CT scans. She had visited him several times over the past year. He also ignored her shaking hands. The idiot failed to diagnose lung cancer and had been giving her allergy medication. She was diagnosed as stage 4 lung cancer and has very limited time left. Thanks to his incompetence, I only have 1 more mother's day with my 60 year old mother. I hope that he has a great mother's day next year while I am at the cemetery visiting my mom.
