They have a very good professional reputation which is why I went there.I I went strictly for the weight loss program so my review is solely based on that. I waited about 30 min to 1 hr for each visit for someone to spend less then 5 minutes with me. Maybe the doctor was having a bad or busy day but she could have made more of an effort. Staff was very nice. When paying this amount of money for a service one expects some time from the provider. There should be more support since this is a weight loss program. I attempted also to call and reschedule my 4th appointment twice with a promise from answering service that I would get a return call which 2 months later I am still waiting for. I did received the rest of my bill in the mail. No one even called to address why I did not finish the program so I decided to write this review. I could have been ill or hospitalized but I was just a failed weight loss visit to collect money from. I understand that I am responsible for my own accountability however weight loss is hard enough without added stress. I am now in another weight loss program, doing well, & I feel the people truly care about my personal well being,
