IWent to this Oral Surgeon's office for a consult on removing my wisdom teeth. No personal attention whatsover. I was ushered into a room and instructed to watch a DVD and ask questions later. The doctor came in paused the video, glanced in my mouth said it'd be a routine process. Asked if I had any further questions with one foot outside the door. Suggested I watch the rest of the video and make a surgery appointment. He even wrote me a prescription for painkillers without putting the date on it!!! On the way out was told that if I didn't schedule and come for the surgery the cost of the "consult" wouldn't be covered by insurance. Didn't schedule anything, received a bill for $100 a month later, reluctantly paid. Worst experience ever in a medical facility.
I went with my elderly mother who had many questions about the teeth to be worked on. They were extremely patient, even calling our primary dentist so her questions were answered. When the treatment plan was ultimately changed due to mom's questions, the altered treatment was graciously offered. Her concerns were addressed with the utmost respect. This doctor is mostly concerned with the health of his patients. Wish I could give six stars! The whole office is very caring.
I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have wonderful staff that are very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.
