IWent to this Oral Surgeon's office for a consult on removing my wisdom teeth. No personal attention whatsover. I was ushered into a room and instructed to watch a DVD and ask questions later. The doctor came in paused the video, glanced in my mouth said it'd be a routine process. Asked if I had any further questions with one foot outside the door. Suggested I watch the rest of the video and make a surgery appointment. He even wrote me a prescription for painkillers without putting the date on it!!! On the way out was told that if I didn't schedule and come for the surgery the cost of the "consult" wouldn't be covered by insurance. Didn't schedule anything, received a bill for $100 a month later, reluctantly paid. Worst experience ever in a medical facility.

I went with my elderly mother who had many questions about the teeth
to be worked on. They were extremely patient, even calling our primary
dentist so her questions were answered. When the treatment plan was
ultimately changed due to mom's questions, the altered treatment was
graciously offered. Her concerns were addressed with the utmost respect.
This doctor is mostly concerned with the health of his patients. Wish I
could give six stars! The whole office is very caring.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have wonderful staff that are very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I have had previous experiences with dentist that have left me very traumatized from them. Dr. Lee was very gentle and kind and although I couldn't stop the tears, he honestly did not hurt me. I would recommend him to everyone. THANK YOU DR. LEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
