NEVER AGAIN!!! If you see this dental office- RUN AWAY!!! Monarch Dental @ 3501 Towne Crossing Boulevard sute 180 Mesquite, TX 75150 It used to be a nice facility, not anymore... The first problem was when somebody at the office forgot to schedule my next dental cleaning appointment. When I finally asked about one they tried to charge me $125 because it had been more then 6 months since the previous cleaning... It is supposed to be free (my insurance pays for it in full). According to the manager it was my fault. She tried to say that I did not show up, but they did not have any records to prove it. My next cleaning appointment was 6 months later. It was canceled by the dental office the night prior because the lady who does my cleaning was sick. They gave me a new appointment in a month at 7AM!!! As an exemplary patient, I was at the door at 6:50am... What a surprise- nobody came at 7am!!! Finally the manager showed up at 7:15 and asked me what I am doing here. She did not know about my appointment... According to her it was my fault (again!) because I did not confirm the appointment. But I confirmed it TWICE- the first time at the office three days prior (I had another dental procedure done) and the second time on the phone the day before. She kept arguing with me that it's all my fault, then she checked her computer and said: "Oh, it does not matter, the lady who does your cleaning will not be in the office today anyway. So, you should wait till 8am- somebody will do your cleaning then." Seriously??? No apologies from the manager, not even simple "Sorry for inconvenience"... At this point I decided to keep track of time. At 8:31am I was the first patient called to the room for cleaning, at 8:45am I was done. 14 minutes total including doing the paperwork!!! The fastest cleaning ever- I bet they set a record! Of course several people were waiting- they had appointments scheduled at the same time. My question is: DO YOU REALLY EXPECT TO GET QUALITY DENTAL CARE IN THIS OFFICE? Not with this management!!!
