This provider and staff are nice but incompetent. I had a cracked tooth for several years. I kept asking the dentist what could be done. He kept telling me things to do, none of which are the dental standard of care for a cracked tooth. It took less than 5 minutes for another dentist to find the cracked tooth and got it corrected within a month, however because the cracked tooth was exposed to food/bacteria for so long, I now need thousands of dollars in treatment to correct it. Dr. Chamberlain put several crowns in that kept breaking and blamed it on me grinding my teeth, but I have witnesses that I don't grind my teeth. I don't have problems with my crown from another dentist. I received horrible care, yet he made sure that I didn't know within one year how bad the care was so that I can't sue now to pay for the over $10,000 I have to pay to fix what he damaged in my mouth. Providers should be both kind and competent. One without the other is not acceptable, especially when they keep leading you on thinking they know what they are doing.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.
