Dr cortes was friendly , He made sure that he answered all my questions and was sympathetic to my anxiety. The needle felt like nothing, it didn't even hurt. He told me way ahead of time how much everything would cost.

The dentists and their dental staff are polite and professional enough. I have no issues with the dental aspect, however their front office girls leave a lot to be desired. They don't return phone calls, they don't send invoices. I have been waiting over a week for them to send me an invoice (via email) so I can get reimbursed by my insurance. Still nothing. I've called and reminded them and they still can't take 5 minutes to email me an invoice so I can pass it onto my insurance. Any medical places lives and dies by they office staff and I'm considering finding a new dentist because what good do they do me if they can't do their part? Any office can clean my teeth, I want one that is competent enough to do office work as well
