It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

The dentists and their dental staff are polite and professional enough. I have no issues with the dental aspect, however their front office girls leave a lot to be desired. They don't return phone calls, they don't send invoices. I have been waiting over a week for them to send me an invoice (via email) so I can get reimbursed by my insurance. Still nothing. I've called and reminded them and they still can't take 5 minutes to email me an invoice so I can pass it onto my insurance. Any medical places lives and dies by they office staff and I'm considering finding a new dentist because what good do they do me if they can't do their part? Any office can clean my teeth, I want one that is competent enough to do office work as well

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
